Situated on the renowned La Finca Golf and Country Club complex, overlooking the 6th tee.

The accomodation consists of an upper floor, two bedroom, two bathroom apartment, complete with sun terrace and roof top solarium. Access is via stairs only, and thus not suitable for wheelchair access.

The apartment will be ready by 2 pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated no later than 11 am on the day of departure.

Please Note that a complimentary welcome pack will be provided consisting of the following :- Tea, Coffee, Milk, Orange Juice, Water, Bread, Butter/Margarine, Ham, Cheese, 1 Bottle of White Wine, 1 Bottle of Red Wine.

A 25% booking deposit is required at the time of booking, and must be received within 7 days of the reservation being made. If this is not received within the said time, then the booking will be cancelled.

The apartment should only be used by the people entered on the booking form.

The balance of the booking including a refundable Breakages Deposit, must be received within 8 weeks of the arrival date. Where the holiday is booked within 8 weeks of the arrival date, then payment must be made in full immediately.

In the event of a cancellation, the following will apply. If more than 8 weeks from date of arrival, a full refund will be given. If 4-8 weeks from date of arrival, full deposit plus 30% of accomodation hire will be charged. For periods of less than 4 weeks, full deposit plus 50% of accomodation costs will be charged. 

A Breakages Deposit of £150 is required. This will be refunded after you return home, if there has been no damage to property and/or contents. If the Breakages exceeds the Breakages Deposit, then the Hirer agrees to pay in full for these items.

Accomodation and contents -  The apartment is fitted with both security grills and shutters. The front door also benefits from a mortice lock. The contents however are NOT insured if there has been no forced entry and thus the grills and shutters must always be activated and the front door mortice lock engaged, when leaving the property unattended. In the event of a theft from the property where entry has not been forced, the Hirer agrees to pay for any items stolen or damaged during their stay from their date and time of arrival to the date and time of departure. 

Any items belonging to the hirer any of their party are NOT insured and must be covered by their own travel insurance.  

At all times, all guests must adhere to the local community rules, a copy of which will be available in the apartment.

All guests are expected to have adequate travel and health insurance and we do not accept liability for damage, injury or loss by the hirer or any member of their party.
