HOW TO BOOK

• Select your preferred dates
• You can ascertain availability, by clicking on the Availability Button 
• Contact us either via the Availability Button or the Feedback Button
• Please note that there is a minumum stay of 3 nights (60% of weekly rate)
• We will confirm availability and hold the property for 48 hrs
• To confirm your booking, a Booking Deposit of 25% will then be required within 7 days
• The balance (including the refundable breakages deposit of £150 and any additional costs) will be required 8 weeks prior to travel
• Payments may either be made by cheque or via Paypal - if paying via Paypal (Paypal account required), we will e-mail you with a  'request for money' - Please note that we are Paypal Verified  
• If required, a representative can meet you at the airport (additional charge), otherwise a representative will meet you at the entrance to La Finca
